Time Frame

Most items will ship within 1-3 weeks of order being placed.  Most will be shipped within the 1 week time frame.  I will let you know if something takes longer.  All items are shipped USPS.  If item is out of stock or can't be shipped in that time frame I will notify you.  Please notify me if you have an urgent request and I will do my best to accomodate you. 

Refunds/Exchanges

Due to the fact that all items are personalized, I do not allow for refunds or exchanges on these items except in the case of an error on the part of Oh Sew Charming.  Any error MUST be reported within 10 days of receipt of purchase.  Merchandise must be returned to Oh Sew Charming prior to refund being issued.  If you have any questions regarding a product, please feel free to contact me prior to placing your order.

Shopping Online

For your convenience, we have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via PayPal where you may use your credit card for online ordering.  You do not have to have an account with PayPal. 

You can also use PayPal by transferring money from your account to pay for your purchase.  You do, however, have to have an account with PayPal to do this.
